MIND THE CHAT is the private and regulated messaging system for communication in centers and organizations.

Through MIND THE CHAT, organizations can manage the messaging between their members solving the problems that open and public herramenitas offer as WhatsApp.

This service is ideal to regulate communication in:
Educational field: communication between center, teachers, students and parents
Sanitary area: private communication between professional santiario, centers and patients.
Business scope and organizations in general: communication between workers, collaborators and / or clients.


MIND THE CHAT orfeces the same communication functions as a WhatsApp messaging service, but with the following features:
Exclusive access: only the members of the organization can use the APP. It is necessary to be registered by the administrator of the organization to be able to use the messaging service.
Privacy: the user's mobile number is not used or shared. The identification of each user is done by email.
Closed groups: the members of a group are not public, and therefore, they do not see each other.
Unidirectional groups: Groups can be created where only one or some members of the group can communicate.
The organization administrator can decide which users can access the organization's contact list to initiate individual conversations.
All users are organized by roles, and depending on their role they will have access to certain functions (eg, Father, student, teacher, center, ...)

MIND THE CHAT offers a web administrator to manage the users, groups and functions of the organization. It can also be integrated with any management system of an organization, CRM or intranet.
